Assistant Club Director Job Description
As an Assistant Club Director at Anytime Fitness - Lake Geneva, WI, you will be responsible for supporting the overall success of the fitness club. This includes managing daily operations, leading a team, and promoting a positive member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver exceptional member experiences.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the fitness club operates efficiently and effectively, meeting or exceeding financial and membership targets.
- Member Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for members, providing exceptional customer service and addressing member concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales and Leadership Experience: Demonstrate a strong track record of sales success and leadership experience in a fitness or related industry.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
