Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 60,000 to CHF 80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administrative tasks, preferably in a similar position;

- Familiarity with Swiss payroll software (Abacus, Wineur Salaries) and/or multi-cantons payroll experience a plus;

- Preparing contracts and employment certificates;
- Drafting termination letters for dismissals and resignations;
- Processing work permit applications;

- Handling declarations and follow-up on sickness, accident cases, family allowances, and salary certificates;
- Overseeing timesheet submissions and monitoring employee time tracking.
