Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering IT Service Management solutions for our clients in Switzerland. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team of experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with business analysts and functional consultants to meet complex development approaches.
  • Act as a trusted Technical Advisor/Expert, providing expertise on ServiceNow implementations and integrations.
  • Implement complex functionalities and integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, utilizing front-end and back-end capabilities of the platform.
  • Produce technical documentation and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT developer, with 3 years of experience on ServiceNow.
  • Experience in consulting external customers and a strong background in software development life cycles.
  • Extensive knowledge of ITSM application processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Level Management.
  • Proficiency in web technologies, such as JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and DHTML, with ServiceNow.
  • Scripting expertise in ServiceNow's Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies, Access Control, and Validation Scripts.
