About the Role:

CHEU EntServ Schweiz GmbH is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering IT Service Management solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Own technical and business design of the end-to-end solution during implementation, aligning with ITIL best practices.
  • Conduct design reviews and data quality assurance to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Manage and communicate with external client teams during the sales process and post-sales delivery.
  • Lead and participate in RFPs, providing technology solution content and expertise.
  • Audit existing client implementations and recommend enhancements to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in IT or customer support organizations.
  • 1-3 years' experience working as a technical consultant or business analyst in the delivery implementation of ServiceNow.
  • Good understanding of SQL, XML, and web-based technologies.
  • 1+ years' experience in implementing and aligning business processes to the ITIL best practices.
  • Fluency in German and English (must-have), another European language would be an asset.
  • Availability to travel within Europe.
