Key responsibilities include:
- Driving revenue and profitability for large-scale Drug Product Commercial Manufacturing assets
- Developing and commercializing targeted business approaches and operative pricing strategies
- Optimizing project portfolio, sold margin, and applying innovative business models and approaches to customers
- Contributing to business acquisition process by assisting Sales and Business Development teams with technical and operational queries
- Establishing contractual terms for new contracts and contract extensions, and performing contract negotiations
- Developing creative business cases and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the commercial landscape through harnessing competitive and market intelligence input
Key requirements include:
- MSc / MBA / PhD in Life Sciences or Business with extensive life science industry experience
- Expert Knowledge in the field of commercial manufacturing of injectable Drug Product
- Business fluency in English; German is a plus
- Advanced number of years within Pharma Ops / Biotech & commercial area
- Innately collaborative, excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Driving Results: Willingness to be held accountable, proven history of meeting deliverables, ability to positively influence and motivate others
