Key Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Partnership Manager to join our Site Partnerships Group in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in positioning CSL as the preferred partner for sites and supporting our clinical pipeline with data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:- Analyze and interpret data from various resources to provide strategic insights into site feasibility, identification, and selection.
- Build and develop strong relationships between CSL and study sites to position CSL as a priority sponsor.
- Establish new sites as partners in alignment with CSL's portfolio and country strategy by working with local stakeholders on new site recommendations, evaluation, and selection.
- Collect, centralize, analyze, and share information about site relationships with internal stakeholders, assessing site satisfaction and identifying trends and areas for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will require a graduate degree in a life science-related field and at least 12 years of relevant clinical research experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Your background should include international clinical trial management, database research, data analysis, and presentation skills. Proficiency in advanced MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Experience working in an international environment with cross-functional teams and influencing across national and cultural boundaries is also necessary.
You must possess a deep understanding of the drug development process, clinical trial execution, and different needs and goals of sites, sponsors, CROs, and SMOs. Your ability to work independently, think critically, and make informed decisions is critical. Travel requirements include local and international travel (up to 20%).
