Global Portfolio Development Director

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for driving regional expansion of our portfolio opportunities. As Senior Commercial Strategy Lead, you will report directly to the Head of Intercontinental & Partner Business and lead without authority.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial operations, with broad pharma experience across functions. Proven success with diverse commercialization models, including affiliates and third-party distributors, is essential.

A key responsibility will be to define and drive ambitious growth plans across the Global Partner Business and Intercontinental regions. This includes go-to-market models with a focus on top 10 pharma emerging markets, Canada, China, and Japan, as well as implementing strategies that create new business to accelerate sales growth.

You will also support Regional Offices and Business Partners in establishing strong business cases for further product growth and coordinate business analyses for new/renewal distribution and promotion agreements.

A competitive salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Your Background

  • Previous experience and understanding of Ferrinject or similar IV Iron products is highly desirable.
  • Education: Life Sciences or Pharmacy Degree and/or MBA.
  • Experience: 10-15 years in commercial operations, with broad pharma experience across functions (Sales experience is preferred).
