The Swiss Market team is looking for a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Associate to support the company's growth. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services
  • Coordinate logistics and vendor relationships for marketing events
  • Support the development and design of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, infographics, and presentations
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the digital marketing lead
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to raise the standard of assets and materials created to externally promote the business team and its solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Fluent in English is a must; German and French are an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience working within a high-performing marketing organization and sales teams in a medical device company (B2B)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Medcompli, COUPA)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously under tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with professional engagement of high-level external stakeholders (HCP, KOL)
  • Proficient in document control systems, such as Microsoft SharePoint and Oracle Agile PLM
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Achievement and result-oriented thinking, strong customer focus and service-oriented personality, open to innovations and changes
  • Proficient in document and asset management systems
  • Must be detail-oriented, flexible, and bring a positive attitude
