About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and medical education providers
  • Process and manage invoices and other budgetary items
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Design and develop marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and presentations
  • Coordinate and execute marketing events, including logistics and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with document control systems
  • Manage external requests related to advertising and digital asset usage
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the quality of external promotional materials
  • Support day-to-day projects as needed and champion business values within the team
  • Perform other duties as required
