Watches and Jewelry Marketing Manager

The Bulgari marketing team is looking for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns. This role requires a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and project management skills.

This position involves assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, coordinating KOL management and medical education, and supporting the processing of invoices and other financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Bulgari's jewelry and watch products
  • Coordinate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and manage medical education initiatives
  • Process invoices and other financial transactions related to marketing activities
  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing team
  • Assist in the development and design of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, infographics, and presentations
  • Coordinate and support marketing events, including logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up
  • Manage external requests related to advertising and digital asset usage
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to raise the standard of assets and materials created to externally promote Bulgari's business solutions
  • Support the marketing organization team with day-to-day projects as needed

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Fluent in English; German and French are an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience working within a high-performing marketing organization and sales teams in a medical device company (B2B)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM, Medcompli, COUPA)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously under tight timelines and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with professional engagement of high-level external stakeholders (HCP, KOL)
  • Proficient in document control systems, such as Microsoft SharePoint and Oracle Agile PLM
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Achievement and result-oriented thinking, strong customer focus, and service-oriented personality, open for innovations and changes
  • Proficient in document and asset management systems
  • Must be detail-oriented and flexible, bringing a positive attitude
