Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing campaigns (both physical and digital) and events. This role requires a high level of efficiency, attention to detail, and project management skills.

This individual will assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, coordinate KOL management and medical education, and support the processing of invoices and other budgetary items. Additionally, they will track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing lead.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate KOL management and medical education
  • Support the processing of invoices and other budgetary items
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns in collaboration with Digital Marketing lead
  • Assist in the development and design of marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, infographics, and presentations
  • Coordinate and support marketing events, including logistics, vendor relationships, and post-event follow-up
  • Support as needed routing of all marketing materials in document control system
  • Manage external requests related to advertising and digital asset usage
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to raise the standard of assets and materials created to externally promote the business team and its solutions.
  • Support Marketing organization team with day-to-day projects as needed (occasionally support with marketing intelligence and benchmarking)
  • Champion the business values to commit, collaborate and create with your team in order to knowledge share and inspire colleagues. Consistently setting the standards for others to follow to support and encourage development and progression through your team.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as required
  • Act as an example for others to follow by creating high-quality deliverables that meet and exceed industry standards
