About You
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry, with direct interaction with retail partners. Your track record of developing high-impact marketing initiatives is essential for this position. You excel in analyzing marketing performance, making strategic recommendations, and optimizing campaigns to drive brand growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own PR and social media initiatives in the UK market, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement, setting clear targets and expectations to maximize media coverage and brand visibility.
- Coordinate product seeding strategies with locally based agency, fostering relationships with local influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) through a curated Friend of House program.
- Plan and execute trade events and PR activations, enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
