We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Perfume Marketing Manager to join our team in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. As a senior member of our Europe & Africa team, you will play a key role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth and nurture profitability in the UK market.

As a Perfume Marketing Manager, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including retail partners, sales teams, client advisors, and the central headquarters in Rome to ensure flawless implementation of marketing initiatives. You will define trade marketing strategy for the market, allocate advertising & promotion budget intelligently, and craft local go-to-market for product launches.

You will engage in client meetings with retail partners, present and negotiate win-win trade plans, and ensure alignment on vision, execution, and expected outcomes. You will also orchestrate all marketing initiatives including promotional campaigns, pop-ups, and in-store events from initial concept to final execution.

  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing initiatives, ensuring full adherence to brand identity.
  • Amply brand presence and engage target audiences effectively through PR and social media strategies.
  • Analyze marketing performance, make strategic recommendations, and optimize campaigns to drive brand growth.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury or beauty industry, with direct interaction with retail partners. Previous experience in the UK market is an asset. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

The successful candidate will be recognized for their creativity and strategic mindset, being proactive, solution-driven, and thriving in a fast-paced environment where they can manage multiple projects simultaneously. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, they will build and nurture trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders, rallying them around a shared vision.
