Beauty Sales Representative
Job Summary:
The Beauty Sales Representative is responsible for managing the business and relationships with our retail partners' stores within a specific regional area. This role involves providing training and onboarding support to Sephora employees and Too Faced team members. This is a field-based position that requires frequent travel within Switzerland.

- Schedule and conduct trainings with store personnel
- Onboard new team members and ensure they receive proper training
- Plan and attend in-store events to promote our products
- Achieve retail sales goals by door and by regional area
- Provide reports on out-of-stocks or other issues affecting store operations
- Monitor and report on retail productivity and performance by store
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries
- Communicate with the Commercial Manager on a regular basis
- Submit expense reports on a monthly basis and adhere to travel and business expense budgets
Requirements:
- Experience in the cosmetics industry
- Advanced knowledge of German and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a self-starter mentality with a willingness to work hands-on
