Beauty Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Beauty Sales Representative is responsible for managing the business and relationships with our retail partners' stores within a specific regional area. This role involves providing training and onboarding support to Sephora employees and Too Faced team members. This is a field-based position that requires frequent travel within Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct trainings with store personnel
  • Onboard new team members and ensure they receive proper training
  • Plan and attend in-store events to promote our products
  • Achieve retail sales goals by door and by regional area
  • Provide reports on out-of-stocks or other issues affecting store operations
  • Monitor and report on retail productivity and performance by store
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Communicate with the Commercial Manager on a regular basis
  • Submit expense reports on a monthly basis and adhere to travel and business expense budgets

Requirements:

  • Experience in the cosmetics industry
  • Advanced knowledge of German and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a self-starter mentality with a willingness to work hands-on
