As a Labelling Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating label text translations using a translation database and approving translations regarding study-specific, company-internal, and country-specific regulatory requirements.

Project Coordination

You will create and monitor project schedules and coordinate projects from translation of label text to delivery of labels to the packaging department.

Work proficiently within schedule-driven projects and be accountable for informing stakeholders if necessary.

Regulatory Compliance

Advise the responsible project manager on the determination of label text in compliance with international regulatory requirements and internal company standards.

Ensure that GMP quality and safety standards are met in Label Translation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

You will need to have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and/or at least 2 years' experience in the clinical supplies space (packaging/labeling operations).

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.

You must be fluent in German and English and able to work independently.

Analytical thinking, an eye for detail, and the ability to work in a GMP environment are also required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI, is preferred.

Supply planning orientation and a result-oriented approach are essential for this role.

You will be part of a team and must be able to work collaboratively.
