Job Description:
We are seeking an EHS Specialist to support our client, a leading international pharmaceutical company, during a maternity leave. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in an environmental or safety-related technical discipline and 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage environmental, health, and safety programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments, manage incident investigations, and update emergency response plans.
- Deliver EHS training and lead awareness campaigns.
- Conduct safety inspections and manage corrective actions.
- Provide EHS oversight for new projects and construction supervision.
Requirements:
- Documented knowledge of Swiss and EU EHS regulations and regulatory framework.
- Certification as Swiss AS&GS or equivalent.
- Solid German skills and very good English skills.
- Experience in financial management, compliance, and safety management systems.
- Skills applying regulatory frameworks such as EKAS, OSHA, ISO, GMP.
