Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating events and meetings, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their events run smoothly and successfully.
  • Liaise with hotel staff and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, and develop alternative solutions as needed.
  • Lead pre-event and post-event meetings with clients, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event process.
