Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop briefs and analysis on strategic decisions for senior management.
  • Maintain guides, templates, and project portfolio dashboards to support project managers.
  • Support program monitoring (timelines, deliverables, implementation).
  • Organize meetings and events.
  • Maintain administrative documents and applications.
  • Contribute to RFP and vendor selection processes.
  • Produce project demands and corporate presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate processes and procedures.
  • Facilitate effective communication with program teams and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with CIO PMO office and other PMOs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a BIG4 firm or similar environment.
  • At least 4 years of PMO or project management experience.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint (Office 365) and Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • PMI, Prince 2, MSP, or relevant certification is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills at any hierarchical level.
  • Highly structured and results-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Fluent in English (C1 minimum or Native English required).
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland, EU, or Swiss citizenship or valid work permit.
