Key Responsibilities- Set up and maintain the F&B outlets to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure the smooth service in your section, from taking orders to presenting bills.
- Upsell and promote our menu offerings to guests.
- Clear tables and maintain the overall appearance of the F&B outlet.
- Facilitate communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Be knowledgeable about our menu and provide recommendations to guests.
- Respect and apply our Standard Operation Procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Hospitality or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within a hotel establishment of the same category (4-star, +200 rooms) and/or a luxury brasserie.
- Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Knowledge of Micros/Simphony is a plus.
- A strong people-orientation and team spirit, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Autonomy, organization, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
