Job Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and nurturing strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation:
    • Source new business leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and outreach.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their business needs and present our services effectively.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Proposal Development:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and presentations that address client requirements.
    • Craft clear value propositions and unique selling points for our products or services.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
    • Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Strategic Partnerships:
    • Pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships that enhance our offerings and market reach.
    • Collaborate with external organizations to create joint ventures or alliances.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all business development activities.
    • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and business development progress.
    Requirements
    • Proven experience in business development or sales.
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Knowledge of the building construction industry.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Fluency in German language is a must.

    Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum
