**Position Summary**
BGS supports Nestlé operating companies & other Nestlé units in their quest to delight consumers, by providing them with integrated trading solutions in a professional & cost-effective manner, while offering a platform for business development.
Located in La Tour-de-Peilz on the shores of Lake Geneva, our passionate multicultural team is focused on delivering first class services in import/export, logistics and financial services. As a Commercial Manager Special Growth Projects you will be responsible for developing, communicating and implementing a growth oriented Category specific Sourcing and Sales Strategy for special channels, with specific product portfolio, using and leveraging the available industrial production capacities.
**A day in the life of a Commercial Manager Special Growth Projects:

- Define and implement the Online and Offline Commercial Strategy across Europe by identifying with the Zones Categories a successful, innovation and customer oriented profitable portfolio.
- Define and implement a customer strategy to drive profitable and sustainable growth in alignment with Zone Categories and Nestlé Markets in Europe.
- Engage with Customers and Mandators to ensure Satisfaction and quality of service.
- Lead and coordinate with ZEUR Category Teams the strategic pricing and promotions, portfolio management, I&R (Innovation & Renovation) and strategic tenders, defining the appropriate actions to achieve agreed goals.
- Manages autonomously P&L and is fully responsible for E2E results market.
- Drive continuous improvements of the operation from E2E view through leveraging expertise in the functions.
- Improve operational performance and financial exposure through the BGS team meetings by setting clear performance goals and close follow up.
- Ensure full alignment with all key stakeholders involved.

**What makes you successful**:
- University Degree in related discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in Commercial Management managerial position of Online and Offline businesses with strong background in I&R, customization project management and strategy development.
- Proven successful negotiations in cross functional, cross market and cross Zone teams.
- Strong negotiation experience with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge in managing business operations including solid understanding of operations, finance and legal.
- Ability to successfully lead projects involving different companies or brands with a consultancy/total solutions approach.
- Proven entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter and hands on professional.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to proactively manage challenging situations and identify solutions to potential issues.
- Creative, organized and focused mindset.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
