Our team provides a comprehensive offering of discretionary and advisory portfolio management, wealth services, and custody. We also offer asset management services and investment strategies through Lombard Odier Investment Managers and advanced banking technology to other financial institutions.

As a key member of our Saudi Arabia team in Geneva, you'll work closely with Private Bankers to offer a premium service to our private clients based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring a service of excellence to a UHNW and HNW demanding clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • SUPPORT PRIVATE BANKERS IN CLIENTS', ADMINISTRATIVE AND COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE A SERVICE OF EXCELLENCE TO A UHNW AND HNW DEMANDING CLIENTELE
  • PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CLIENTS ABOUT THEIR PORTFOLIOS
  • VERIFY, PROCESS AND PLACE TRANSFER AND ALL MARKET ORDERS IN THE SYSTEM AS PER CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS, AND FOLLOW UP
  • LIAISE WITH INTERNAL SERVICES TO ENSURE TIMELY AND ACCURATE EXECUTION/RESOLUTION OF CLIENTS' REQUESTS
  • MANAGE IN AN IMPPECCABLE WAY ACCOUNT OPENINGS AND PROACTIVELY PROCESS AND FOLLOW ACCOUNT OPENINGS, MONITORING OF THE ACCOUNTS, CASH MANAGEMENT, OVERDRAFTS
  • PROACTIVELY DEAL WITH ALL ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS (FILING/RECORDERING OF DOCUMENTATION AND KYC, FCRM ALERTS MONITORING, DOCUMENTATION UPDATE ETC.) IN COLLABORATION WITH PRIVATE BANKERS
  • PREPARE UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF THE PRIVATE BANKERS, PRESENTATION MATERIAL FOR CLIENT MEETINGS AND FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES
  • DEAL WITH CLIENTS' MAILING
  • SUPPORT CLIENTS WITH ON-LINE ACCESS
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • ACADEMIC OR COMMERCIAL EDUCATION IN THE FINANCIAL FIELD
  • MINIMUM 5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN BANKING, IN A SIMILAR ROLE
  • ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF THE MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE, IN PARTICULAR EXCEL AND POWERPOINT (FOLLOW-UP OF COMPLEX TABLES, CREATION OF PRESENTATIONS AND REPORTS, ETC.), IDEALLY KNOWLEDGE OF THE G2 IN-HOUSE TOOL
  • PERFECT COMMAND OF ENGLISH AND FRENCH
  • VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF PRIVATE BANKING SERVICES (LOMBARD LOANS, PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT, LIFE INSURANCE, ETC.)
  • PLEASANT PERSONALITY, ABILITY TO INTEGRATE INTO AN EXISTING TEAM AND TO WORK AS PART OF A TEAM, OPEN-MINDEDNESS
