Career Opportunity: Senior Consultant in Private Banking

We are looking for experienced Consultants to support our clients in their digital transformation journey within the Financial Services Practice.

This role will involve coordinating with internal partners, reviewing processes, and advising clients on improvements. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Setting up a framework based on experience and industry methodology;
  • Coordinating with internal partners such as Front, Middle, and Back office staff to obtain required information and applicable documentation related to client onboarding and KYC production;
  • Reviewing Onboarding & KYC processes and advising clients on convergence and alignment with vendor solution capabilities;
  • Identifying potential sources of improvement to rationalize processes and reduce risks and costs;
  • Analyzing gaps in target solutions out-of-the-box processes from an adoption perspective;
  • Driving workshops with multicultural and diverse stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting firms, with a record of expertise and accomplishment;
  • Solid understanding of Private Banking IT systems (at least 2-3 years of working experience specifically in Wealth Management) and best practices;
  • Good knowledge of private banking processes (onboarding, static data management, CRM/CLM, KYC/AML, data governance policy) and business activities, compliance/risk issues;
  • Experience in projects implementing CRM solutions in Wealth Management is a plus;
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative personality, ability to frame complex concepts into easy-to-understand information;
  • Good capabilities to work autonomously with few guidance, still getting things done;
  • Fluent in both English and French.
