As a CRM Assistant in Private Banking, you will provide essential support to Client Relationship Managers in their daily tasks across trading, marketing, and administration. Based in our Geneva office, you will be an integral part of the Swiss team.

Responsibilities

  • Offer administrative and commercial assistance to CRMs and the Desk Head on a daily basis
  • Manage cash and corporate actions on a daily basis
  • Execute trades in various asset classes: FX, equities, fixed income, funds, commodities, structured products, options, HF, and PE
  • Prepare and organize client meetings, as well as business trips for CRMs
  • Support CRMs with compliance or customer-related projects as required
  • Create KYC files with CRM's support and manage account opening and closing processes
  • Perform other administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or completed bank apprenticeship/similar banking education
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar position
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools; Avaloq is an advantage
  • Strong customer service ethos and excellent communication skills
  • Hands-on mentality, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Sense of responsibility, dynamism, proactivity, and flexibility
  • Fluent in English and French (other languages an asset), good communication skills

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from CHF 60,000 to CHF 80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
