Job Title: Expansion Associate Romandie

We are seeking a highly motivated and business-fluent French-speaking individual to join our team as an Expansion Associate Romandie.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our portfolio in French-speaking Switzerland, maintaining and developing our contacts and leads, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire new apartments, houses, or other projects in French-speaking Switzerland
  • Maintain and expand our contacts, leads, and deals in our CRM
  • Generate leads through cold calling, on-site visits, phone, email, and remote communication
  • Accompany the acquisition of new apartments from viewing to onboarding in our portfolio
  • Maintain contact with our existing real estate partners
  • Develop sales strategies and plans
Requirements:
  • Business fluency in French and a good command of the Swiss mentality
  • Good command of written and spoken French and English
  • Pronounced "sales hunter" mentality for new acquisitions
  • Good communication skills with a confident manner
  • High level of personal responsibility, implementation strength, resilience, and flexibility
  • Bonus: Several years of experience in selling services and/or in the real estate industry
  • Bonus: University degree in economics, real estate, or similar
