Strategic Partnerships Manager in the Health Sector

Grow and Scale Strategic Partnerships in the European Healthcare Sector

Climeworks is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our vertical team, you will be responsible for growing and scaling strategic partnerships with the European Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap and game plan to sustainably win key healthcare customers, in line with Climeworks' ambitious goals and vertical strategy.
  • Lead the sales process end-to-end from identifying prospects to crafting long-term partnership proposals and contract negotiation.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address key customer needs and drive engagement.

Build Customer Relationships and Forge Industry Alliances:

  • Build and nurture relationships with Sustainability executives & C-level at our top European prospects and leverage your network to access and engage key decision-makers.
  • Develop a network of alliances and influencers to advance the funnel and position Climeworks as the strongest industry partner.
  • Represent Climeworks at high-profile industry events & speaking engagements.

Work as One Team:

  • Contribute to a high-energy, entrepreneurial and team-oriented culture, foster collaboration across the vertical team and cross-functional units (eg: Finance, Science, Legal, Policy, ..) to improve customer conversion and value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master degree and ideally possess knowledge/expertise on sustainability topics.
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales (min. 6 years) and a strong track record in driving rapid growth within the healthcare industry (eg: Healthcare/Pharma account management for large Tech companies such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
  • Successfully closed large and complex enterprise contracts with key stakeholders, including C-level executives (e.g., CFO, CPO), and possess a network in the healthcare industry.
  • Skillful negotiator, and ability to translate and explain complex concepts clearly and easily to a wide audience.
  • Inclusive and humble team player, creative problem solver, and active listener.
  • Fluent in English. An additional European language is considered a plus.
