Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Betreuung und Beratung von institutionellen Anlagekunden im Bereich ESG-Daten und Ratings
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
  • Mitarbeit und Führung von Projekten
  • Prüfen und Versenden von spezifischen Kundenlieferungen
  • Unterstützung in allgemeinen Aufgaben im Department Client Relations

Qualifikationen

  • Masterabschluss, vorzugsweise im Bereich Finance und Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Umweltwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, idealerweise im Finanzbereich
  • Analytisches sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln gepaart mit hoher Selbständigkeit und Bereitschaft für überdurchschnittliches Engagement
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Affinität zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit, idealerweise in Kombination mit Finanzmärkten
  • Fundierte MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere gute Excel-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil
