Senior Client Partner

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Client Partner to join our team at Ginetta. As a key member of our client-facing team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through the management and expansion of key customer relationships.
About the Role
As a Senior Client Partner, you'll collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs, develop strategic solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of our products and services. Your expertise in building and maintaining robust sales pipelines, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering compelling presentations will be invaluable in driving our clients' digital transformation strategies forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and challenges to deliver tailored digital solutions
- Help clients advance their digital transformation strategies, leveraging your expertise in digital products and technology
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, driving revenue growth and expansion
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities to meet revenue goals
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities, driving the initial stages of the sales cycle
- Develop and maintain expertise in industry and digital trends, staying ahead of the curve to deliver innovative solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in account management or sales, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in an agency creating complex custom digital products for enterprise customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German and English
