- Collaborate with Captain, Staff Captain, or Chief Mate in technical matters;
- Support Chief Mate in emergency situations;
- Lead cadet training during navigational watch;
- Conduct weekly sanitation inspections in Provision Room;
- Manage water supply from shore or barges;
- Oversee Integrated Pest Control program;
- Coordinate with Safety Officer for crew safety familiarization;
- Participate in cabin inspections as required;
- Attend social events as necessary.
- Fluent English, plus additional languages beneficial;
- Certificate of Competency IMO STCW Cap II/2;
- Previous experience in similar role at another cruise line;
- Proficiency in Windows-based programs;
- Strong supervisory abilities;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Medical certification prior to onboard employment.
