Acurast's vision is to revolutionize the cloud landscape by harnessing the power of decentralized computing. In an era marked by geopolitical uncertainty, we believe that relying on a monopoly of US-based tech giants will not be sustainable in the long term. Our approach differs from traditional server-centric models. We utilize mobile devices as the foundation for our cloud infrastructure. This may seem counterintuitive, but these devices offer numerous benefits, including enhanced security, resilience, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. By leveraging mobile devices, we create a more inclusive and participatory cloud ecosystem, where everyone can contribute to compute provisioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement impactful communication strategies to articulate Acurast's message to a global audience, effectively targeting diverse stakeholders.
  • Create engaging content to build Acurast's brand and unique persona across multiple platforms, including social media, messaging apps, and community forums.
  • Collaborate with technical experts and thought leaders to produce insightful and topical content, such as newsletters and articles, that showcase Acurast's innovative spirit.
  • Partner with the community and design community programs to amplify content reach and impact, fostering a strong network of ambassadors and supporters.
  • Disseminate information about research, products, innovations, and ecosystem-wide updates to ensure global awareness and engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for support, responding effectively to inquiries and issues as they emerge, while liaising with engineers and founders to accurately address technical questions and building a personal knowledge base.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate expertise in crafting compelling marketing narratives and strategic plans for successful Web3 projects, showcasing a deep understanding of complex concepts and their value propositions.
  • Exhibit autonomy and task prioritization skills, independently managing tasks, taking ownership, and prioritizing activities based on established goals, while delivering results within specified timelines.
  • Showcase strong collaboration skills, actively engaging with colleagues, sharing knowledge, ideas, and insights to contribute to the team's overall success and advance Acurast's objectives.
  • Demonstrate a solid foundation in protocols, technology, and cryptocurrencies, providing a valuable baseline understanding and the agility to quickly upskill in response to new technical developments.
  • Prove fluency in English, enabling effective communication and engagement with a diverse array of stakeholders.

  • Acurast offers a remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere within CET (+/- 3 hours). However, you are also welcome to join the team at our current offices in Zug, Switzerland. We frequently organize fully paid team events, such as offsites, dinners, hackathons, and ski-weekends.
