Job Description

The Regional Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for driving supply reliability and optimized inventory levels across the EMEA region. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop innovative solutions to meet changing market requirements. You will lead a team of regional supply and production planners, empowering them to execute plans and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of regional supply and production planners to deliver reliable supply across the 0-24 month horizon for the EMEA region.
  • Own delivery of targets tied to Customer Service, Inventory, and Cash.
  • Drive collaboration with markets for ongoing supply and project management teams to reduce slow-moving and excess obsolete inventory.
  • Identify and drive corrective actions to sustainably increase performance for assigned franchises working with in-market supply chain teams, plant planning, and/or External Manufacturing planning teams.
  • Define and lead programs for structural inventory reduction and reliability improvements through the deployment of agility initiatives.
  • Partner with MAKE organization and key external partners to drive step-change improvements in agility and reliability for customers and consumers.
  • Collaborate with Market Supply Chain Teams to shape demand and drive successful end-to-end supply chains.
