About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Lily. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and welcoming service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage the front-of-house operations, including greeting customers, handling reservations, and coordinating with the kitchen team.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent service standards and drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, drinks, and services to provide expert recommendations to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Fluency in French, with English language skills a plus.
