About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Officer to join our team at Indosuez Wealth Management. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our banking systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess information security risks to our banking systems and data.
  • Provide security consulting for our company's projects, including new applications, infrastructure components, cloud solutions, and more.
  • Participate in the development of security standards, propose improvements, and contribute to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001.
  • Participate in risk assessment and treatment processes, aligned with ISO 27001.
  • Develop and implement training plans and awareness campaigns to educate employees on information security best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and treatments in line with ISO 27001.
  • Maintain active security and technological monitoring to ensure the security of our systems and data.
  • Formalize results through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
About the Team

Our Information Security team is comprised of 25 dedicated professionals, with an international presence in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Singapore. As a member of our team, you will collaborate closely with IT Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and other departments under the guidance of the Chief Security Officer (CISO).

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Information Security Officer.
  • Strong knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (based on ISO 27000).
  • Excellent communication and ambassadorial skills.
  • Master cloud-related topics and innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work hand-in-hand with business teams to implement effective recommendations.
  • Residency in Switzerland is a mandatory requirement for this position.
