Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Governance and Service Management Senior Consultant to join our team in Lausanne. As a key member of our Governance and Service Management Team, you will work closely with our expert teams and clients to develop and implement robust governance frameworks and service management strategies that align with their business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current governance and service management practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and develop governance frameworks and service management strategies that meet industry best practices and align with business objectives.
- Design service management processes (incident, request, problem, change management...) to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Implement and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and performance.
- Identify and evaluate risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact.
- Facilitate the resolution of service-related issues and incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in governance and service management, applying this knowledge to drive business value.
Requirements
- Proven experience in governance and service management, preferably in a consulting or IT service provider environment.
- Knowledge of industry frameworks and best practices, such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 20000.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Professional certifications in IT service management, such as ITIL or COBIT.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience with Servicenow Platform (or another ITSM platform) is highly desirable.
