We are seeking a highly skilled Sharepoint Support Engineer to join our dynamic team at Swisscom. As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for managing operations, resolving complex issues, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft SharePoint Server and other business applications
- Ensure service compliance and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new services and solutions
- Provide expert-level support for Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an Application Engineer with expertise in supporting Microsoft SharePoint Server
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French and English
- Swiss resident with a strong understanding of the local market and regulations
