Role Overview
The Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Service & Support Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Technology & Sport Services Department, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our stakeholders, ensuring seamless interactions with our online platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Provide expert support to stakeholders regarding FEI Passports & Documents
- Offer comprehensive assistance on the use of our IT platforms
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in our FEI Database
- Offer administrative support to our IT Department
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with other FEI Departments to achieve common goals
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including National Federations and Organising Committees
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Native or fluent English speaker (level C2), with spoken French a plus
- Rigorous, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and thrive in a team environment
- Experience and knowledge of the sport industry, with equestrian sport a plus
- Previous professional experience preferred
