Key Responsibilities- Onboard new customers and manage existing relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Amend cleaning schedules as needed to meet customer and agent requirements.
- Ensure accurate information is captured in our systems to enable seamless planning, execution, and billing of cleaning services.
- Process customer complaints and quality issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the onboarding and training of new agents, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including answering level-one questions regarding payroll and contracts.
- Coach our cleaners on customer feedback to ensure continued high-quality service delivery.
- Fluent in French and English (German is a plus).
- Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions-oriented responses.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills.
- Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in performing tasks.
- Proactivity and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Social, friendly, and motivated attitude.
