Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the execution of store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and contributing to the achievement of store goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Merchandise preparation, including unpacking, securing, labeling, and ironing on.
- Verify delivery completeness according to delivery notes.
- Properly store merchandise with price labeling and maintain inventory.
- Prepare and restock merchandise as needed.
- Integrate product knowledge into customer interactions, enhancing the service approach in the store area.
- Adhere to store regulations and maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
- Ensure a visually appealing and clean store atmosphere, focusing on visual merchandising and orderliness.
- Build strong relationships with customers by embodying the brand's passion and enthusiasm.
- Collaborate productively with team members to achieve store objectives.
- Assist with omnichannel tools, such as ship from store, endless aisle, and click & collect, as applicable.
- Perform cashiering duties, excluding closing the register.

**Requirements:**
- Experience in sales (retail) is desirable.
- Good to very good knowledge of German is required.
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, and teamwork skills are essential.
