Interim Head of Global Marketing Agency

As a key member of the CoC Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in managing the marketing agency efficiently and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement international marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Set and monitor targets and KPIs to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and develop an international marketing team to foster collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the in-house agency, including a 50-strong cross-national team of marketing project managers, designers, and external service providers and agencies.
- Maintain long-term, strategic partnerships with agencies to optimize resources and exploit synergies.
- Ensure on-time and on-budget service delivery.
- Develop and maintain a transparent accounting system for tracking and invoicing services of external service providers and freelancers.
- Manage global seasonal campaigns, including conception, execution, central budgeting, and scheduling.
- Define targets and KPIs to achieve business objectives in 2025.
- Proven experience in leading and managing marketing projects and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, tools, and best practices across digital media.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align marketing objectives with business goals and expectations.
- Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to plan, execute, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns and activities.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle changing priorities, deadlines, and challenges.
- Work in remote mode or from one of our offices.
- Work in an atmosphere of innovation, in a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
- Participation in business and integration meetings.
