Interim Agency Project Manager

ALSO Holding AG, a leading technology provider for the ICT industry, is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our corporate inhouse marketing agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of international and local marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment and consistency across different markets and channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with regional and local marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency and alignment.
- Coordinate translation and localization of marketing materials using XTM, ensuring linguistic and cultural accuracy.
- Manage project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues using Wrike, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Document and update best practices, guidelines, and templates for global marketing projects and processes.
- Train and onboard new marketing and project managers on group tools, including Wrike, XTM, and Livestorm.
- Identify and resolve project lifecycle issues, escalating when necessary.
- Proven experience in project and process management within a marketing agency.
- Strong knowledge of international marketing project management and tools.
- Service-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional support and solutions to clients.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Work in a remote or office environment.
- Join a multidisciplinary team of professionals in an atmosphere of innovation.
- Participate in business and integration meetings.
