Enterprise Architect Corporate Services Senior Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our Corporate Services division. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop functional and non-functional requirements for digital products and technical solutions based on business strategies and needs
  • Work in an agile environment according to SAFe and promote process optimization
  • Collaborate with product management, enterprise architects, and other stakeholders to define target architecture and technology roadmap
  • Assume overall responsibility for architecture and technology topics in the value stream and act as a bridge builder for coordination and communication between IT and business
Requirements
  • Master's degree in computer science or comparable further training and several years of experience as an Enterprise Architect
  • Experience in design and implementation of corporate IAM solutions
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in corporate business processes and solutions
  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly in the HR and Finance modules, with knowledge of SAP ERP being an advantage
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, combined with quick comprehension skills
  • Servant Leader personality, agile mindset, with strong presentation and customer orientation
  • Proficiency in German (Level B2+) with good written and spoken English skills
