Enterprise Architect Corporate Services Specialist

As a key member of our Corporate Services division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Galenica. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the development of our digital products and technical solutions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Derive functional and non-functional requirements for various use cases, ensuring the continued growth and improvement of our digital offerings.
- Work in an agile environment, adhering to SAFe principles and promoting process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product management, enterprise architects, stakeholders, and suppliers to drive innovation and progress.
- Define the target architecture and technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with company standards and guidelines.
- Assume overall responsibility for architecture and technology topics within the value stream, serving as a bridge between IT and business.
- Relevant degree in computer science or equivalent experience, with several years of Enterprise Architect experience.
- Experience in designing and implementing corporate IAM solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate business processes and solutions, with practical experience in ERP systems, particularly in HR and Finance modules (SAP ERP knowledge is an asset).
- Harmonization, migration, and integration projects in this area.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with quick comprehension abilities.
- Servant Leader personality, agile mindset, with excellent presentation and customer orientation skills.
- Experience working with development teams, product management, business owners, Legal, and Cyber Security.
- Practical experience with agile implementation methods, ideally SAFe.
- Professional fluency in German (Level B2+) with good written and spoken English skills.
