We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to lead our Corporate Services division in shaping the future of Galenica.
Key Responsibilities- Derive functional and non-functional requirements for digital products and technical solutions based on business strategies and needs.
- Work in an agile environment, aligning with SAFe practices and promoting process optimization.
- Collaborate closely with product management, enterprise architects, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Define target architecture and technology roadmap, ensuring implementation within specified standards and guidelines.
- Assume overall responsibility for architecture and technology topics in the value stream, acting as a bridge builder for IT and business coordination.
- Degree in computer science or comparable further training, with several years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
- Experience in design and implementation of corporate IAM solutions.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience in corporate business processes and solutions.
- Experience with ERP systems, focusing on HR and Finance modules (SAP ERP knowledge is an advantage).
- Harmonization, migration, and integration projects in this area.
- Analytical and conceptual skills, combined with quick comprehension skills.
- Servant Leader personality, agile mindset, with strong presentation and customer orientation.
- Proficiency in German (Level B2+) with good written and spoken English skills.
