Enterprise Architect Lead

Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the enterprise architecture strategy for the Finance, HR, and Supply Chain units, ensuring alignment with business and IT goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of new technologies and architectures, leveraging your expertise in SAP and non-SAP services.
- Manage current architecture topics, addressing them in business clusters, focus areas, and architectural layers to ensure a cohesive and efficient technology landscape.
- Drive the further development and maintenance of SAP Enterprise Architecture Management, ensuring governance, standardization, and architectural guidelines are in place.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and integrate them into the business units, considering their potential impact and benefits.
- Act as a visionary expert, driving innovative developments and providing impetus for the clusters, while also participating in projects and creating overarching strategic concepts.
- University degree in informatics, technology, business informatics, mathematics, or a related field, with further training in TOGAF.
- Proven experience as an SAP Enterprise Architect in a corporate environment, with a deep understanding of SAP IT technologies and architectures.
- Strong interface between technology and business, with excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Experience in matrix organizations and relevant management experience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, coaching skills, and networking talent, with a strong focus on service and consulting.
- Excellent knowledge of English and German, with good knowledge of a second national language.
