Job Description:

As a Business IT Solutions Specialist at ONE Agency | IT Recruitment Experts, you will play a crucial role in identifying user requirements and consulting with internal stakeholders to develop IT solutions. Your responsibilities will include working out concepts and specifications, moderating workshops, configuring and customizing systems, and taking responsibility for content of test scripts. You will also execute functional testing and support business testing, contribute to the creation of training documentation, provide trainings, prepare and perform data migration activities, and enforce global process and system governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify user requirements and consult with internal stakeholders
  • Work out concepts and specifications
  • Configure and customize systems
  • Execute functional testing and support business testing
  • Contribute to the creation of training documentation
  • Provide trainings
  • Prepare and perform data migration activities
  • Enforce global process and system governance

Requirements:

  • University (Bachelor) degree and/or equivalent knowledge through experience
  • Intermediate experience in business applications projects
  • Certification as IT Solution Consultant or Technical IT Expert would be an asset
  • Knowledge on system configuration and/or customization, IT project methodology, GMP system validation principles
  • Fluent English and German
  • Good understanding of business processes and concepts, ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and external partners
