Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team in Zurich. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for close exchange with clients to identify opportunities, developing and describing business use cases in collaboration with the client, analyzing the overall context of business processes and organizational structures, evaluating and validating operational solutions with regard to the project specifications, analyzing, specifying, and validating complex technical requirements, developing technical solution concepts and solution designs in close collaboration with our software architects, developers, and UX designers, collaborating in the implementation of solution designs during the entire development process, and competent liaison between client and internal software development.

Requirements
  • Degree in computer science or business informatics
  • 3–5 years of experience as a business analyst or requirements engineer
  • Certifications in requirements engineering or a completed CAS in business requirements engineering a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ideally practical experience with agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum
  • Problem-solving skills, very good communication skills, service- and customer-oriented mindset and work approach
  • (Self-)Initiative, ambition, independence, and a team player mentality
