Job Description

ODDO BHF is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join its IT department in Switzerland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational readiness of the bank's system and its interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and control service relationships with external service providers for Application Service Providing (ASP) and Managed IT Services.
  • Monitor and ensure the operational readiness of the bank system in cooperation with service providers.
  • Implement and coordinate software releases, including testing.
  • Analyze and implement regulatory and functional requirements in the bank's applications.
  • Manage IT projects or be associated with the IT part of larger projects.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and instructions required for business processes.
Requirements
  • Banking knowledge, including processes, products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant degree in computer science, business informatics, or similar education, with banking apprenticeship welcome.
  • Several years of experience in IT and banking.
  • Advanced SQL knowledge.
  • Knowledge of core banking systems, with APSYS and CIM an advantage.
  • Structured and analytical mindset, as well as conceptual and methodical skills.
  • High degree of customer focus and team spirit.
  • Initiative and willingness to take responsibility.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient German or French, with very good written and spoken English skills.
