Polestar, a global company with diverse backgrounds represented, is looking for an HR Business Partner to support its operations in Switzerland and Italy.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent people and communication skills, tenacity, flexibility, curiosity, and the ability to take initiative while meeting deadlines. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar field is required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the employment lifecycle for all employees, including administration, recruitment, and facility management.
- Preparing and issuing relevant HR documents such as contracts and pension eligibility confirmations.
- Assisting the local market team with annual merit and performance reviews, career planning, and graduate training programs.
- Providing feedback and reporting to the wider global HR team on projects and process improvements for local adaptations.
The successful candidate will be part of the global HR team for deploying and implementing HR projects and initiatives, while serving as the local HR Business Partner for Switzerland and Italy.
