We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner in Switzerland. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with business leaders, line managers, and employees to provide expert guidance and support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders, line managers, and employees
  • Develop and implement talent management programs to identify and develop high-potential employees
  • Collaborate with management to provide HR guidance on talent management, organizational and leadership development, annual HR processes, and employee engagement
  • Offer expert advice and solutions on various HR matters, including performance management and compliance with local labor laws
  • Lead change management processes to support organizational needs and ensure effective communication and transition strategies
  • Support talent acquisition plans by overseeing recruitment activities in collaboration with the according partner
  • Participate in global and local HR projects
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory environments
  • Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager, with exposure in an international field
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and strong data analysis skills for decision-making
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm and a hands-on mentality
  • Fluency in German and English
