Job Description

We are looking for a Specialist for Pre-Production and Customer Service who will be responsible for receiving, recording, and managing new orders. The ideal candidate will have a background in the dental industry, preferably as a dental technician, and experience with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and processing new orders, ensuring their completeness and accuracy
  • Verifying order parameters (feasibility, completeness, relevance)
  • Clarifying missing information and completing outstanding responses
  • Coordinating customer wishes with internal availability, taking into account prioritization
  • Maintaining ongoing orders regarding their timeliness
  • Assisting and coordinating with customers in urgent cases
  • Creating delivery notes and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Billing customers for completed orders
  • Managing complaints (record, process, and preparation)
  • Providing information on logistical topics (tracking, planning, etc.)
  • Following up with new and regular customers regarding quality and service
  • General support for maintaining our call center
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in the dental sector, preferably as a dental technician
  • Basic knowledge of administration and data entry
  • Good IT skills and affinity
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A structured approach to work
  • Familiarity with working in a team environment
  • A calm and composed personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, French, and Italian are beneficial
